anyone have the winjet yellow fog lights from Carid.com
comes with everything to wire lights so i think im just going to switch out the housings and use the wiring kit to run other lights.
main question is by just switching out the housing and then using the wiring kit to install aux lights is that cheaper then buying all the parts to wire lights with a stock/stock looking switch?

installed winjet yellow fog lights. they are great build quality and really look amazing. only really big difference between this and stock is they dont have a reflector in the center like stock and bulb is rotated 90 degrees to what stock has. there is plenty or wire for the fog lights so its not a problem.

finally dipped the rims. i think it looks a whole lot better this way. only thing i didnt like is how hard it is to take off the center caps. if anyone knows of an easy way let me know. one thing i learned when doing wheels is to use quarters on the lug wholes with a little piece of tape on them to pick them up by. that way you dont get ripping when installing. also used my dads tundra with tonneau cover as basically an oven to help make the plasti dip set up really well.
and the finished project. i dont think there are that many people with black limited rims, i really like the whole silver and black look i now have with my truck

looks good, I actually just picked up 4 cans of plasti-dip to do this same thing one of these days.

you should plasti dip the centers, Make sure you got alot of coats of plasti dip on them because i didnt and it didnt just peel off if you need it too, i had to pressure wash it off and it still didnt all come off. Im probably gonna just paint mine this time cause its easier to touch up but the plasti dip look is really good, i like flat black so im gonna try to find some flat black paint.

so as some might know i bought some trailer reverse lights a few months back and i think i have an idea.
i did a quick photoshop of what it would look like. tomorrow im going to find out if i have enough space between the bumper and the tow hitch. one thing is i dont know if the ridge in the bumper is going to cause any problems.

Looks good plasti dip the whole wheel and cap. Also get black lugnuts. Get some HIDs in those lights too and those reverse light idea would be bad ads look really good too....let us know how it goes.

so today i made it so i can have A/C in my console. i can now put stuff like drinks in there and keep them somewhat cold.
to do this i just got a piece of pvc (i think its a bushing), a 2 3/8 whole saw and a cap.
4 hours later i have this
inside A/C vent
all this for under $20, if you have the right size whole saw total cost would be $3-$6

finished my led foot well lights using the wiring that came with the lit running boards
next thing on the list is a front mount hitch that i should be ordering before the end of the month, then a lift kit this spring

the idea is nice, but it still warm in there while driving. you might want to buy those freeze packs and have them in the freezer b4 a road trip, so u can incorporate the ac hole.
