Keyless Remote 1999

Does anyone know where the keyless remote unit is located for the 1999 SR5 4Runner. Mine is not under my drivers side seat.

Take off the plastic panel below the steering column - I'm sure it will be stuffed or tie wrapped up there. You can go to the Fujitsu site and have the install manual faxed to you. I posted the # here some time ago. Its free if you have a fax # to have it sent to.
