Keyless remote problem

I have a 2010 Limited with keyless remote. All was working fine until I had the battery replaced.
The buttons (lock, unlock, panic) on the remote work fine. It's when I try to lock or unlock the doors by touching the door handles. Usually I'm able to touch the door handle to lock or unlock the door. Now when I touch the door handle the vehicle emits a long 10 second beep. I think it just needs to be reprogrammed but I can't find any info to do this for a 2010 model. Plenty of info for earlier models but nothing for 2010 or later.

That's weird that it has that long beep though and never heard of that or having to reprogram just for a battery change. I changed the battery on mine and nothing changed so you might want to make sure it's the right battery and seated correctly.
Where is your second remote? That 10 second long beep is what I get when the second remote is in the truck or near by.
