I lost my keyless remote and am looking on eBay to replace. How can I find my FCCID since I lost my original. I have a 2003 4runner limited edition. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what FCCID is but you need to look for the one for 4Runner or Sequoia since it has the button for the rear windshield. Search for this model number: HYQ12BBX. Then you will still need to take to the dealer to program your 4Runner to respond to the new key. It's short of like your garage door remote but program the 4Runner is much more difficult.
No need to go to the dealer. Just buy a fob and program yourself.
1. Start with the key out of the ignition, drivers door is open all others closed and
drivers door is unlocked.
2. Perform these steps within 5 seconds.
A. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out.
B. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out.
3. Perform these steps within 40 seconds.
A. Close then open the drivers door.
B. Close then open the drivers door.
C. Insert the key into the ignition(Do NOT Turn) Pull key out.
4. Perform these steps within 40 seconds.
A. Close then open the drivers door.
B. Close then open the drivers door.
C. Insert the key into ignition and leave it in ignition.
D. Close the drivers door.
E. Turn the ignition to ON (Do NOT Start) then back to OFF.
F. Remove the key from the ignition.
5. Within 3 seconds, the power door locks should lock then unlock automatically
indicating successful entry into programming mode.
Return to step 1 if the locks do not cycle at this point.
6. Perform these steps within 40 seconds.
A. Press the lock and unlock buttons on the remtoe simutaneously for 1.5 seconds.
B. Immediately after letting go of the lock and unlock buttons,
Press the lock button by itself and hold for 2 seconds. Within 3 seconds, the door
locks should lock and then unlock once indicating successful programming. If
the door locks cycle twice, repeat steps A and B in step 6 as the remote was
not accepted.
C. Repeat steps A and B in step 6 for each new remote.
7. Open drivers door.

Hi, same fob design and same as what RunninUte wrote, I have a 2005 and did that same procedure as well. Saved me some hundreds of dollars instead of going to the stealership.

I have a 2004 with a FCC ID: HYQ12BAN on the factory remote.
Lately I have been thinking about replacing the remote with a all-in-one key/remote combo unit like the later Toyota models. I browsed through several eBay listings and found one that "might" work and was relatively reasonable priced....
purchased last Wednesday and received this morning...
Got the remote portion programmed successfully on the 2nd try and spent $2 to get the key cut... programmed the transponder key... and everything seem to work quite nicely except the red "panic" button, which I don't use for the past 9 years..

Yes, it works just like the original remote; only down, not up.

I think you can program at least 2 because after I programmed the new key, the other remote still works.
Having problems getting this key to work. I've followed the directions above, the locks cycle at step 5, and at http://www.toyota-4runner.org/4th-gen-t4rs/62920-do-these-key-programmers-work-us-2.html#post940115 without success.
Any ides?
EDIT: Scratch that. The linked instructions is how I got it to work. Anyone else having problems be sure to pay attention to the immobilizer light and what it should be doing per the instructions, it matters.
