Kick down to second gear stutter.. Supercharger

I haven't had issues in so long.... Dammit toyota..HAHAA

SO I finally got most of the bugs out, the only issue I'm having now is, if I have to pass someone going 40mph and try to kick it down to second gear, it Stutters, and when I check my belt, it has little bite marks in it from the Super charger pulley. So I've just been manually downshifting to pass with no issues..

Is this Normal, Or did i miss something during the install?? I've reinstalled everything twice, exactly the same, once for the knock sensor (*****), and once for the manifold gasket. make it three times, for fuel injectors...Good god I should be a mechanic...LOL

Just curious, but did you tighten the kickdown cable to the right position. I can't remember what it's supposed to look like off the top of my head, but I know it's somewhere online. Or is it just a recent observation? Throwing it out there.
