Funny thing is, back in the day I was working at the tenino terrace apartments doing sub-contract, residing them and hanging all the new doors and windows there, and I had the maintenance manager from the crop come over and ask me if I could give him a hand doing some repairs to the place after a fight the night before, I got a couple of free drinks and lunches outta the deal...

Steaks plus+! Too funny. I used to live 2 blocks (stumbling distance) from there. Once i figured out they had an outdoor takeout window i started saving hundreds of dollars per week. Those were the days, good times...

Very rarely do I see any drama in the 4th or 5th gen section.

More newbs asking questions, less controversial topics to argue about. I'm betting if you look at the first 4th gen page right now 60% or more of the threads (aside from stickies) have less than 20 posts and were started by members with less than 10 posts.

we have more drama simply because we have more people in this section... i dont think we have more drama per capita though... when you get this many users together in one section at a time there will be conflicts its a way of life and some people know no other way. for the most part 95% of us are more than willing to help and dont care for the shenanigans of the few

Sorry to hear about the hard times, Amigo. I would tell you to go Active, but as I am on my way out, I'd feel like a hypocrite.

Kidding, it's nasty.

My sister's boyfriend at the time took me there on my 18th birthday. I will never forget that night. It was the night that the McKay High School cheerleaders danced for a fund raiser. There were a LOT of police there, and a LOT of under 18 boobies.
