Knocking/thumping when stopped.

Me and my father recently did the seal change, bled the brakes, changed the brakes, and other stuff. Now actually being able to drive(test drive) my 2002 4runner all over again, I noticed a thumping/knocking when I was stopped. Not quite sure what this could be at all. Anyone got any ideas? I googled, but theres like 50 different reasons lol. Trying to narrow it down a bit
