Latest nav update?

It is the 05 version. It just came out. I made sure and he actually had to do some reasearch because he had never ordered one for a toyota before. They are also a GM dealer. He told me they would be pricy since the last one he ordered was for a GM car and said it was almost 800 bones. He called back and said it was the 250 plus tax and its the 2005 version that just came out. Will be here in 2 days!

BTW..I wil let everyone know the exact version and part number when I get it

Sweet well the 04 part number was 00125-DVD04-CY.................so I would think the 05 would be 00125-DVD05-CY. Is that what is on your invoice? A Toyota part number would help the rest of us order them too. :) Thanks!

Got my New 05 Navigation DVD

Here is the DVD you will need for a 3GEN Nav system to upgrade it to the latest 2005 maps that just came out.
The part number is listed on the invoice in the picture as well as the price.
If you have any other questions please let me know.

Interestingly enough I just came back from my Toyota dealer in Florida. they said the discs would be out in 3-4 weeks, that they could take orders now and would he $350. When I gave them the part number listed on your invoice they said that was not a Toyota part number and it did not come up in there system.

So...........can you share where you got yours so we can all get them at a good price? :)

$230? Very nice, thank you for the help. Did that come int he mail to you? is it meant for end users like me or was that sent to dealers etc? Where did it come from?

Thanks, everyone, for all the great info. This i sone of the reason I love these forums. Unlike most other internet forums I have been a part of over the last many years, ehre everyone is helpful without being childish and stupid. :)

That is great. I do not supose they gave you a phone number to call on another piece of paper? Everything I can find out says that is WELL below the dealers costs here in Florida, or in CA (where I use to live).

You're very welcome. Nice to know that although I'm no longer an active member who owns a 4R, I can still contribute some useful info to folks here. :)

bryancos thanks for the tip.... Ordered mine and for the $230 and recieved it in about a week. Loaded with out problem.

The site is from a Dealer in Michigan.

My dealer here wanted 250 plus state tax... Said the profit margin was to small... Mentioned this deal and he just let it pass.

Thanks again!
