Hey guys,
I already spent time researching, but couldn't find a definite answer to my question.
I recently had some fluid work done on the 4runner and the mechanic noted that my left knuckle ball joint was seeping and that my right sway bar endlink was torn. He said he would keep an eye on both when the truck gets brought in for service, but that I don't need to do anything currently.
Since toyota only sells the LCA and not the LBJ, I was thinking of just replacing both LBJs with Moog 500017s. Any opinions?
Since the LBJ is just "seeping" at this point, should I even bother replacing it?
I'm about to get new tires soon and I'm in a bind as to whether getting new tires and just driving until I see/feel the LBJ cause problems or just fix everything before getting the tires (I'm a student and every dollar counts haha) ... Thanks!
