Option #5 - lift the front up higher! Go to the 3rd perch on the TRD's or get Eibach 3 in. lift coils on the first or second perch (mine are on the second)

eibach coils are meant to set on the lowest setting only, you can put on second but if you wheel you might top out the shocks and F it up

I understand that the eibachs are meant to be run on the 1st perch but I have them on the 2nd at the moment and the ride is great and it sits about 3.75 inches of lift in the front. I know that's maxed out and I've wheeled like that and everything seemed fine. I'm not a hardcore wheeler but she sees plenty of dirt roads where 4 wheel drive is a necessity, tons of snow too. But to the OP, crank the billies up to the 3rd notch, it will ride fine and give you another .65 in or so.

minor nitpick-

unless you are running limit straps or your UBJ angle is maxing out (incorrect lift setup) the length of your shocks are what are limits downtravel(droop). So, technically, any time your wheel finds air beneath it your shock is topped out, regardless of what spring is extending it.

Granted, toytec/eibachs on 2nd perch will be pressing a lot harder and the piston will hit its stop with greater force so you are correct that the potential for shock damage is greater.

Bump up your front another notch... It will still ride great.

Interesting... I had it on the 3rd notch, but then wussed out and went with the second before I stuck them back on the truck. If I take it apart again, I think I'll grab some new ball joints while I'm in there.

bringing this one back from 2013! I got the same thing going on 25" in the rear. I have the cone bumpstops in. is it safe to take them out? 22" in the front 25" in rear that is will a full size 265 75 16 KO2 in the spare spot. I mean it has not settled yet. so maybe 1/2 after settling.

worried that taking cone bumpstops out is not a good idea, and also will alignment be an issue with 3" of rake?

did the research and looks like no cone bumpstops are ok. I'll be taking those out.
anyone know if aligment will be an issue with significant rake?
