I just installed some headlights in my 2007 4runner a few months ago. I failed to notice that the rubber seal did not line up. I was wondering if there was a way to fix this problem without buying a new headlight.

You can take out both hi beam and lo beam modules and use a hair dryer to dry out the inside of the headlight. The hot air will blow in one of the holes with the exhaust coming out of the other. Then when its all dried out either realign the seal correctly, or use some silicone to go around each seal when reinstalling the lights. Hopefully that should do the trick!
