Pulled the trigger got a 4runner... I took it out a few times.. I've noticed a little fluid on the tire next to the rim... its seem to have stopped but still unsure.. When wiped with a tissue its black..

Leaking axle seal (Gear Oil)

Leaking wheel cylinder (Brake Fluid)

Wipe some of the fluid up on your finger, if it feels at all oily then you are looking at an axle seal. The brake fluid will resemble water more than oil.

most likely axle seal. the just tend to just wear out.
