I live north of you in Toronto and am having the same problem. Filler neck I got from toyota 280$, I couldn't find any after market support. Gas tank is only available from toyota for 900$ mine is 2002 and its different than the earlier models. I found a gas tank place nearby and got a southern tank, rust free for 160$. Its hard to find these parts other than from toyota. Best prices I found were from camelback toyota but they don't ship to canada. I got away with epoxying my tank to pass emission, lasted about 3 months. Hope that helps. Sad that rust kills these trucks when they're still so young. Good luck
