LED 3rd Brake Light with no spoiler?

I like the look of the truck without the spoiler, however, I do not like the 3rd brake light after installing the LED taillights. Is there an LED 3rd brake light available for 4th gens without having the spoiler?

My hatch has a flat spot where the CHMSL light would go if I didn't have the spoiler. If you source one, looks like you'll need to cut out the hatch to install.

Actually, I've been trying to source the part for this. I saw a couple cars with led brake lights and i figured all I have to do is pull out the board and wiring and put it into my hatch. I'll let you know what happens.

i changed my rear lamps to the leds and the first thing i noticed was how ugly the contrast between the lamps and the 3rd brake lamp was so i did some searching and i believe this is what your looking for...

Did you buy this LED for your truck? I'm curious to get feedback from members on here who've installed this and how they like it overall.

That looks a lot like the one in the spoiler, I think the blank spot stamped into my hatch is not that wide.

That one does look like the shape of our 3rd brake light. And yes, please let us know what the seller says. I really want to get rid of this ugly 3rd brake light, haha. Thanks :thumb3:

I remember someone having an ABS light come on after the install, something about the resistance of the LED assembly. Might want to look into that. I wanted to do this myself for a while but never got around to it.
