LED Interior Light Kit for 2015 4Runner

Here is a comparision of the Amazon kit vs the Ebay kit.

Amazon kit is more yellow hue light (right side in pic #1. Ebay kit is the cooler white (left side in pic #1) Ebay kit is about 30% brighter to my eyes. The Amazon kit had a weird green tint to them. It wouldn't have bothered me as much if they were more of a "soft white" but to my eyes there was a very noticeable green tint. I swapped them all out for the Ebay kit. I think they look great light temperature wise, and as for brightness are perfect. People have even mentioned how nice the cabin is illuminated, thinking they were stock.

OK this is it, please send me exactly where and who you ordered from. I like this kit. I have been looking for a month, the OEM bulbs are very dim. I need more light. I like the color of the eBay kit.

Thanks,

I bought this set as well and I'm not pleased with it at all. My center dome light flickers like crazy and my rear passenger side lift gate light is out.

Damn I was expecting the precision LEDs to be better quality since it so much more than the Amazon and eBay ones. Don't those come with a warranty??

To the guys who purchased the eBay kit, did you have a hard time installing the dome light? I just got the amazon kit and it isn't fitting, thank you

Well after trying to put the LED into the dome it seems I blew the fuse for the interior lighting, I have dash lights just no courtesy lights, vanity, door etc.Has this ever happened to anyone on here? Is it an easy fix with a fuse or did I mess something up? Thank you

I did this in my Tundra. The issue was that the connecting wire that wraps around the bottom of the LED touched the metal housing when I was trying to push it in place, it of course, blew the fuse. Just be careful and pay attention to not let that wire hit any metal and you should be good.

Thank you for your help, you wouldn't happen to know if it was the dome light fuse would you?

I decided to go with the Phillips for reverse lights because they are brighter.

couple of my lights are now flickering. I just rotate them out with the spares.

It is disappointing but it not bad for what I paid.

Hey guys, thought I'd add a little more information to this thread. I did a lot of research to find out whats one of the brightest bulbs you can get for the dome & cargo lights and found this :Amazon.com: Kindfire 2pcs 48 SMD 5630 LED Festoon Dome/Door/Box Light Panel Interior Bulb With T10/Festoon/BA9s/BA15s/BA15d Adapter J208(6 Color) (Festoon, White): Automotive

It's a 48 SMD LED Panel with the brightest 5630 LED's much brighter than the other LED's out there. I must say this is VERY bright and get compliments all the time from people that ride with me. Looks great too and has an OEM luxury feel.

For the Rear Cargo Lights another good find is: Amazon.com: LUYED 2 x 960LM Super Bright 5630 24-SMD White Color Panel Interior Dome LED Lights(Include 3 Adapter): Automotive

This is 24 SMD 5630 LED Panel and fits snug in the Cargo Light housing. I was a bit concerned on the fitment but both these products have been great with no problems over the last 4 months of use. Again VERY bright and a huge improvement over OEM. The seller claims 960 Lumens and I must say blinding! haha

I am also running the Yitamotor standard LED kit for all my map, door, and plate lamps. To give you a good idea of comparison the Yitamotor Standard festoon bulb only has 9 SMD LED's. So you are getting a lot more light with these options for your festoon bulbs. Just thought I'd throw this out there to help anyone who has questions. Feel free to PM me if you need any other help.
