Just getting back to the thread, sorry again. As you all know the Thanksgiving-Christmas-New Year stretch is a painful one
EMSmatt, I contacted the PO with the tracking and they said that your lights were delivered. Despite them messing up on the delivery and sending it to Washington State even though it said California.
I did not even know that there was that tab, I will make sure to keep them in mind.

I fixed this issue and merged all my emails to one single email. So now all thread replies, messages on here, friend requests and other communication processes all go to the same email. Now communicating is easier as responses are recieved within 24-36 hours
Sorry for that long hassle'd(spell check?) experience. As for the spring adapters I am trying to get my supplier to improve it. I am thinking of having them curl up some extra slack of wire inside so that they don't get pulled during excitement of installation or shipping. Any other thing that people can suggest to solve the rare wire coming off will be helpful
Bruce, I think that the wire falling off(mod you referred to) is a case by case basis. Sometimes they come off but 99% of the time they wont unless tugged on, either way I am getting the wire problem fixed as I stated above
Yeah, it was actually a super easy fix, took like 5 minutes, so it didnt really affect me that greatly. For others who didnt have the tools or knowledge it might be a bigger problem.
The metal end caps are just pressure fit, so if you slip them off, you can solder the wires down near the tip, and they go back together seamlessly. Originally I thought the fault was in the black connecter, but a quick continuity test ruled that out. I noticed it while I was installing, thankfully, so didnt have to take everything apart again
Please teach me how to solder! I really suck at that which is why I have to stick to that PITA shrink wrap and electric tape when I do wiring
That method works as the panels are pretty thin, but I am coming up with a lexan filler piece that can go on the back of the panels and keep the panel flat. Currently in the design process on that and there will be no extra charge for it if it gets added to the LED kits

I asked the manufacturer to make 7w CREE's surrounded with LED on the outside so that the light is spread better

My purchase and communications experience with you was great. several messages all in a timely manner and the products were received quickly, were as described, and were all working. It was fun putting them in, and definitely glad I've done this small mod. My wife thinks they're too bright! lol.

It is a common thing for our female counterparts to think our added light in vehicles through LED is useless...because they are not the ones rummaging through the truck in the dark but! If I could come up with a kit to light up the inside of their purses(aka unorganized bag which I hate looking inside of in the dark), I think they'd see why we like the light:nerd::hatsoff:
