LED replacement Lights

LAW,,, i'm new to this and I have an 07 4 runner limited. Would you mind posting up or pm'ing me how many and all of the part numbers for just the white led's I need for all of the interior lights??? I dont want blue, just want the white LED look. I'd appreciate it so much

i bought mine from superbrightleds.com
the 194 i use high power WLED, you need 2 for the front map lights and the dome i use the high power 3022-WHP2, you need 2 for dome and rear cargo light

I also got some LEDs to replace the map lights and license plate lights. I'll wait to see what these look like before I change out more.
Do you just pry open the map light lenses to change the bulbs? Not sure how to get in there.

The map lights, the dome lights, and the lights on the door itself all pry open with a small flathead screw driver. The license plate lights have 2 screws on each light, then you have to pull it out a few inches so you can reach it. Pull it out as far as the wires will let you. You might have to use a very small screw driver to pop out some of the bulbs, I wasn't able to get a good enough grip with 2 fingers to pull some of them out.

Also, I got the 6 LED lights, but I noticed that they have 9 and 12 led lights. I'm sure these would be brighter, but I wasn't sure if they would fit. Easy enough to change out if I decide to go brighter I suppose.

Yeah they are. And a cheap mod too. Only $2 or $3 per bulb. My shipping cost more than my bulbs because I wanted them faster.

OK, I just got done installing the 6 led lights in the map lights. They are definitely whiter, but I don't think they are brighter than stock.
Maybe I'll use the 6 led lights for the rear license plate and try the 9 led lights for the map lights.

More LED's does not mean more light. I'm almost positive my 5LED bulbs are much brighter than yours because I cannot look at them without squinting.

You might be right. What was the part# of the leds you got.
I got the T13-x6, don't seem real bright. Maybe I should'a tried the WLED-x6.

I used the 3022-x9 LED Festoon bulb for both of my dome lights in blue, and for the wedge bulbs I have no idea which ones I ordered. I deleted the receipt from my e-mail, and I'm still sick so I don't feel like going outside to see which ones I put in. Sorry man. I think the wedges are eith 4 or 6 leds

EDIT: I just checked. They are 6LED wedges, in white for my map lights/license plate lights, and blue for all 4 doors. I still see spots a few minutes later and I didn't even take off the plastic, I only turned it on for 10 seconds, so I have no idea why yours aren't bright. Mine are very.

so i need 8 5 led bulbs total for the interior and license plate lights?

do I need to order 1 or 2 festoon bulbs? I see there are 2 bulbs in the 1 housing, but do i need to order a total of 2 housings or 1?

Can I use the higher power LED's on the first page? The 7440-xHP3 LED bulb to be exact? I like the idea of pretty bright map lights, but I dont need the door panel lights that brigh I guess

Yes, 8 LED bulbs, either 5LED or 6LED. Each dome light only needs one festoon, so you only need to order 2 of those.

The 7440 is a tail/turn signal bulb and I believe the base will be too wide to fit the map/door/license plate socket.

Yeah the wedge bulbs have to be a "194/168" which are all on the second page at the very top.

If you are referring to LED bulbs, then yes installation will only take you 5 or 10 minutes to change out every bulb on your truck.

Don't know if some models have different dome lights than others, but I have a limited and the center dome has two lights in it so if you also have a limited you may want to order a total of 3 festoon bulbs.

Same bulbs as the license plate ones, 168/194 wedge.
