LedHeadlightsPro - LED Foglight Install

Anyone install a set of these in their 2015? The instructions I received were very basic and not even relevant to the bulb I installed. In short I have the following issues:

1. No clear way to screw in the LED bulb in the foglight housing. The threads and whatnot don't seem to match up.

2. On the LED bulb, there is a red and black wire separated that should connect to the factory connector in the truck. No clip provided to make life easier. The separated wires do not match or will not connect to what the factory provides on the truck.

I know I am not the the least bit technical on my descriptions as I am pretty much a newbie doing my own mods, but I am willing to learn based upon other mods I have done myself.

Did the LED high beams which are great, but agree with other post that low beams LED's are not very good. Brighter but they don't distribute light very well. Went back to my halogens for lb.

Will add pics of the LED fog that I am having issues with shortly as my description BLOWS!

Hopefully your wrong but its definitely not the right part. Yes I am no pro, but c'mon????

I have requested and RMA. If you get the right bulb it does look like a real easy install.

On a similar note, I also ordered HID fogs from XENON and while the connection work great and they power on the thread look all wrong for the factory fog light housing. I am lucky like that I guess. XENON has been piss poor responsive to my inquires too.

No problem at all. Just perplexed on how something that should be sooo easy is well ...

I may go the TRS route as I am not impressed with the two companies I am working with at the moment. Simply send me the right product and documentation related to what I bought.

Kind of a side question, did you have to take off the bumper to access the fog lights? I'm trying to install new fog lights to replace the stock unit and keep on finding threads where you have to take off the whole bumper. Do you see that it's possible to access everything w/o taking the whole bumper off?

As for your question, they are definitely the wrong plug. I had to go through something similar where I had to either splice factory wire or buy some plugs off amazon/ebay and splice it to make it plug and play from the factory.

Yes, the ledheadlightpro folks are clowns to say the least. In the end I went with XenonDepot and which I had done so to begin with.

To answer your question ... no you do not have to remove the bumper. On both the driver and passenger side the bulbs can be accessed by "peeling" back the splash guards which is simply 3 screws. The passenger side has a funky plastic cover over the bulb but that can stay in place. The bulb on that side is replaced by simply reaching your hand in that area.

Thanks, I'll give it a shot. I'm going to be doing the Rigid DOT Fog in there with the plug and play brackets.
