lets play What's that sound? :)

Hi everyone, I have a 2005 4Runner Sport with the V8. I have been getting this loud whining sound for the past two days from the engine bay that gets louder with the RPM's. Now the whining has changed to a clunking sound that sounds like it is coming from the passenger side of the engine. Right before this video when I started the engine there was a loud screeching of the belt and a burned rubber smell like one of the pullies were stuck. I'm guessing that it is the water pump, what do you think?

If you suspect it's coming from the water pump or anything else to due with the timing belt (like tension. pulleys) do not run the engine until you find out. Breaking a timing belt is not a cheap or good thing. Hope its something to due with the accessory drive belt, like maybe power steering pump, alternator, air conditioner, or tension pulley here too. I wouldn't even start it to do further diagnostics until you rule out any timing belt issues.
