Let's see your loaded roof rack!

Since my T4R didn't come with cross bars, I thought about getting some, but then thought about Thule cross bars, or maybe going big with the Gobi racks.

I'm curious to see how everyone loads their roof racks (especially those full length Gobi racks), what accessories you all use, and what do you carry that you don't put in the cargo area.
