Level 8 MK6

Is anyone running the -10 offset with 285/70/17 Duratracs?? Would they stick out past the fenders?
From my build thread:

Did a mock fit of the new wheels and tires. Holy crap I'm in love. Such a good looking wheel. It's a shame it was just a test fit. Won't be putting them on till I lift the truck a bit. Didn't rub while sitting in the driveway (full turn) but I'm sure driving down the road would be a different story. I like the stance in the back so I may just add the Bilsteins all around, 1" spacer in the rear and set the front to 2.5". We'll see.

Also added the N-Fab slider steps. These things are nice! This is what Toyota should be installing on the SR5/Trail models.

Specs of the wheels and tires:

- Level 8 "MK6" in matte bronze
- 17x8"
- -10mm offset
- Falken Rocky Mountain ATS tires in LT285/70/17

With or without the center cap? I HATE HATE HATE the "8" logo so I ordered some 3.5" TRD decal from fleaBay. We'll see how it looks. I like the flat cap design, but not the fugly logo. I also don't really like how it looks without the cap since there's no cool Aisin hubs sticking out :)

Stopped by autozone and found this rattle can thats a pretty close match. I sprayed two caps tonight w/ 2 light coats a piece after sanding with 150 grit and will see how they look in the daylight before popping them back on. I didn't do as good of a sanding job on the left but the right looks pretty close! http://img.tapatalk.com/d/

93Toy, I love the wheels and the center caps are the best I've seen!! Black lug nuts are a nice touch too. I like the front of your Runner sooo much better than the 2014's

Here's a comparison(didn't want to have to take the wheel off, so I just held it :p) ...I'm thinking Im just gonna leave them off.

Rubbing in reverse mostly, slight rubbing driving forward. Haven't done fender liner mod yet.

I like the looks and idea of the TRD sticker, always get awesome ideas from this forum!

Big thanks to Discount Tire Direct! Best price anywhere, best service, just cant say enough about those guys. If you need wheels and tires you'd be a fool not to give them a shot.

Did y'all use the factory lug nuts with these wheels? Discount tire said I would prolly need some new ones? Will be ordering end of this week, so just curious if I need lugs also.

I love my bronze MK6's... Still thinking about removing center caps or putting some type of sticker on them. Just got a 5th one to use as a full size spare also... Great rims. Mine are holding up well even with the tons of salt and grit they got on them in the northeast

Would you guys be interested in more sets of the TRD logo center cap decals? My buddy works for a small print shop and he's designed one for my almost identical to 93Toy's with a very sharp TRD logo. I'm finding out from him what the decal material cost is, etc but I assume we could make some sets for a decent price if there is demand.

count me in. I have the black mk6 and dislike the "8" logo on the cap. Let me know if the color of the decal is up for discussion or what color you guys are planning to make.
