Leveling a 2011 Limited with XREAs. Please Help!

I want to level my 2011 Limited with XREAs but I am unsure what my options are. I just want to lift the front 3/4" - 2". I dont want to loose my XREAs and don't want to damage the system. Please help. I have searched this site and others and can't come up with a definite answer. What are my options?

I have read through this thread many times but this is not giving an option to just lift/level the front. (with xreas)

Logic does.
1. Don't want to lose XREAS. XREAS is suspension.
2. If I don't want to lose XREAS and XREAS is suspension then can't change suspension.
3. If I can't change suspension and I want to level then I must use some type of existing suspension device to move my vehicle upward.
4. Spacer or a whole bunch of washers.

To throw the new guy a bone, that thread isn't actually a "sticky". There are too many useful threads like that for stickies. What you have to do is find the "should be stickied but there are too many so we made an index" sticky. To directly answer the question, XREAS connects directly to the factory shocks. There are precisely zero aftermarket shocks that connect to the XREAS system. If you want to keep your XREAS system the only ways to lift are by adding spacers or replacing the springs, and I'm not sure about the springs.

Ditch the XREAS and slap some 5100's on all 4 corners. Its easy to disconnect and you wont think twice about it. :reddance:

That will work for ya, but anything you do will change the ride. Couldn't tell you how many people say this same thing.

In what way will this change the ride? Softer, harder(stiffer), more bouncy, side to side, etc?

Heres a little more info on my current setup: I have 275/55/R20 BFG AT K02s on stock rims and 2" wheel spacers. (Yes they rub!)

Having just installed a Daystar 2.5/1.5 spacer lift, I can say that the ride was NOT significantly changed. Maybe a little more sway in hard corners, but this is an SUV not a race car. This is from someone who used to drive a Camaro. Preload-style spacers do change the ride because the spring travel is reduced, but the top-mount-style spacers don't do this.

The 1.25" spacers you found will "change the ride", but not in any significant way. Either way, it's $40 and they can be installed in your driveway with standard tools. You can uninstall them later with the same tools. Go for it.

I see you took off the front air deflector on the bottom of your bumper. Did you notice any hit to your MPG after that?

No, not at all. About 1.5 mpg drop on the highway with the wheel and tire upgrade but no difference with the deflector and I keep a pretty close eye on it. Just a better look imo and if you get in the trails at all you will tear it off sooner or later.
