Lexus Nakamichi head unit --> 4Runner?

I ws wondering if anyone knew if the Lexus GS/LX Nakamichi head unit would fit into the 2003-2005 4Runner's spot (and if the wiring harnesses were the same or not) - I have a "stock" SR5 sound system that I would like to replace with something better, but retain the factory look of a Toyota product....
