lifetime oil filter

i was going through youtube and i saw a vid for a lifetime oil filter! i just wanted to see what others thought about this product more info here Lifetime Oil Filter have a look or look for them on youtube and let me know what you think!

i'd like to get one of these as it would be a good step in the healthy motor department! it sounds like they do a good job at cleaning all of the deposits out of the oil!

the bad thing is i dont think they are ready for public use yet. but i can drool for now! they say that they will fit any make and model!

It still needs to be taken out and cleaned every 3,000 miles. By the time the filter is cleaned, dried, and re-installed into the vehicle you could have (at the very least) Pizza Hut deliver a pizza and breadsticks.

Sure... it sounds good, but at the low cost of a oil filter you can buy at your local Advance Auto Parts (Pep Boys, or any other auto parts store)... I think I would rather spend a few bucks more when I buy the oil for the oil change.
