Anybody running tall and skinny? I have 265/65/18s right now.

Waiting on a demello bumper, radflo coilovers and a set of upper control arms and then I am going to think hard on my next tire purchase.

I am looking at some of the weirdo taller but skinny profiles.

Blairb is running tall skinnies. 255/80/17 KM2's. Just so happens he's also sportin' a DO front bumper.

Alright so I finally got around to putting in my lift over the holidays...

I know, I know, I need to do something about the wheels and tires. I'm debating whether I stick with the OEM look and throw some spacers on, or go with a lower offset aftermarket option. Whichever way I go, I'll be running a 285/70/17 in either a Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac or a Nitto TerraGrappler.

Though that I might share my build... 2.5" lift on bilstein 5100 & 3" body lift on MT 315's.

I know... I know... It's not safe to have 3" of body lift.

Stealth Custom Series!!

Just had the new wheels and tires installed this week, been looking forward to this for a while! Went with the Stealth Custom Series, Stealth 6 Wheels, saw em on here thanks to the forum's new sponsor. Love em in the matte black! Tires are 275/70/17 BFG AT on my Daystar 2.5/1.5 lift. Fit great, though I had to trim the front mud flaps quite a bit and move the fender liner forward.

2-inch Front lift, 1.5-inch rear. 265/75/16 Hankook Dynapro ATM tires. Spidertrax are on their way to complete the look.

Decided to do 1.5 in the rear rather than 1 or a 2.5/1.5 since I wanted to retain a little of the factory rake.

Bilstein 5100s (Front at 2.5"), 2010 FJ Coils, 1.5" spacers (rear), and a differential drop kit. Tires as shown are Nokian 265/65-17s (soon to change)

2008 4Runner OME lift

2008 SR5 V8 4X4: OME 885 and 895 ,Spider Trax 1.25 Wheel Spacers, ToyTek front sway bar relocator. 17" FJ Wheels

Thinking about switching my rear coils to the 885x's to help handle the weight of my rear cargo drawers a little bit better and a Toytec 1" BL to help with rubbing.

TRD 17x7.5 +6mm "6 spoke" Forged
BFG AT T/A KO, 275/65 17 (Yes, 275's)
Negligible rub on Left front mud flap 'bulge', only at near full lock.
The main goal was to increase deep snow performance without heavy mods.

Hankook dynapro 265/70/17 with FJ coils all around and Bilstein 5100's, front set to .85". In the rear was a daystar 1.5" spacer as well.

Yesterday

Traded my Hankooks for Goodyear Duratrac 285/70/17's. Rubbing was insane.

Set my Bilsteins at 2.5"
