Looks really nice. You should paint (or Plasti Dip) the Billet inserts black.

Moving right along very quickly! Today was a big day. Toytec Ultimate lift, ProComp 7105 17"x8", Goodyear Duratracs 285/70/17.

The billet grill may go away soon. Any takers? Now to go pull the front mudflaps. Rub-a-dub-dub!

It looks outstanding and you are moving along quickly.... I kept my running boards for a while and then recently removed them. Are you considering removing them? I like the look better and plan on installing some rock sliders in a couple months.

Thanks. I'm pretty new to wheeling, so I have no immediate need to remove them. But at this rate, I'll probably have sliders, winch/bumper, etc by the end of the year.... LOL. BTW, where are your pictures to share? :clap2:

This is what happens when you have nothing to do at work and stare at your 4runner in front of a dock all day. I gave in and got some poser shots. I'm having wheeling withdrawals and cant wait for GSMTR next weekend! I'm pleased with the flex and it had a lot more to go even with the sway bars still on. Next time I post pictures I'll be in North Tennessee wheeling.

I've gotta take some better ones. This next week I'm ordering some parts and will be getting more pictures as my build progresses along.

I'll probably have to wait until this Fall to install the rock sliders since I have shoulder surgery coming up. I am saddened at the fact my KTM 250 XCF is being sold tonight. No riding for me until next Spring. I will however be taking a trip to Moab for some 4wd trails!

Hey- Been checking around for labor install for the toytec 3" lift. Can't believe these guys charge >$500to do a 3 hour job! No wonder everyone installs it themselves! Does anyone know where I can get it done reasonable? I don't have a placeto do it myself...:help:

I had bullhide 4x4 (In Fort Collins) do mine since I was short on time.

tell me about it, I had a couple local shops quote me around $800 to install a simple daystar spacer lift... I ended up doing it myself at a buddies garage, also check into diy garages, in my area they charge bout $20 an hour to rent them or a little more if you want to use their tools, includes full car lift. Good luck

Finally thought I would post in this thread. These were on my recent trip across Utah, including Arches, Moab, and Canyonlands. Elephant Hill in Canyonlands makes Hell's Revenge seem tame...

I was on the fence about the Silent Armor's vs the Duratracs, but after this trip I am stoked on my SA's. They did everything that the crawler jeeps did (in wet conditions on the trail) and then were smooth and quiet getting 19.6 MPG on the highway.

Also, this was my first "hardcore" test for the 5100's and ProComp springs. I was impressed, only whacking the back end of the receiver a few times.

Next purchase is definitely a front winch bumper, I got some looks and questions from some jeepers at the trailhead, and definitely found out why halfway up the hill when the rain started falling. WINCH!
