That would be good for probably a 1/2 inch. I would go with OME 885s for better ride quality and more lift.

Ok, thx. Would I be able to swap straight across to the ome without needing to do anything else or would the uca need replaced too?

I've got the fj coils on 5100s with mine, and before it had settled it did net me more than an inch, but now its less than an inch of lift from the coils for sure. if you did a top plate spacer <1" of lift i doubt you'd notice any change in handling, but since you want another inch id say go with a lift coil, get it aligned, see how it handles, then decide if the investment in UCA's will be worthwhile

so yours as showm in the pic is just with the 5100s and fj coils? I think that looks great. it looks like that would bring my front up just enough to make it more even. is the pic before they settled? thx

yeah it is just fj coils and 5100s at 2.5, i took that pic about 3 days and 100 miles after i installed them, they were just about settled at that point

Looks great! Although I think it might look cleaner if you painted the lower bar white.

I used washers and small nuts on the outer 2 ... nibs?... then I used a fender washer and stacked a few more that fit perfectly around the hole in the center and put a screw in the hole. I used a slightly smaller washer right before the screw to make it tight.

If you look at the pictures in my satoshi thread one of them kinda shows it.

I have some white plasti dip i am going to play around with, on the lower bar and the grey valance at the bottom. Just to see if which i like better before actually painting. Just going to find some more time first. i agree it can be cleaned up some.

Hey Sparky, can you tell me why you are running your billies at 1.75 with a spacer? Why not just run the shocks at 2.5? BTW, the stance of your truck looks great.

With the billies at 1.75 + the spacers it's at 3.75". Billies at 2.5" is 1.25" less height than where I am at! So it works great for where I wanted to be

Gotcha! I neglected to take into consideration that the 1" Daystar spacer nets 2" of lift when I did the math in my head.

Most likely. 275's are most commonly available in 275/70. The tires in the picture look like Goodyear MTR's, so they would be 275/70. The differences in 285 and 275 aren't all too big (1/2" width). But since you'll probably be in sand a lot, fatter really is better. (You won't notice any difference between these two though)
