After some months waiting to install the lift kit I had the time to do it last weekend. In the from 3" spacers and in the rear fj coils and 1.25 spacers.These are the results. tires 275/55/20

Daystar lift on 20's!

Just went with the 2.5/1.5 Daystar lift, 20x9 +18 offset Drop Star rims, and 285/50/20 Nitto Terra Grapplers.

So, I've been waiting for my BFG T/A KOs (265/70/17) to finally bite the dust. 90K miles later, it's finally time. Also, I decided to take this opportunity to start doing some mods as well. I decided to replace the XREAS and a Daystar leveling kit with an ICON Stage 2. The tires I decided to go with are Toyo M/T (285/75/17). Also I should mention that I am running 1.25" Spidertraxx spacers. Unfortunately I only have a teaser (crappy cell phone pic) but more pictures after the install on Monday. I know its not much right now, but I needed to share with someone.

I am curious to see how that size fits. Many of us opt for 285-70-17, not the 285-75-17. That should be awesome!!

where'd you get the plow frame? straight bolt on or fab required? I've never seen a 4th gen with a bolt on plow frame

I opted to go a little bit taller with the 75's after talking to the guys at ICON and also FNwheels (great customer service) to make sure my future plans would work out. When I was checking the tires out at the shop while dropping off some other parts, I noticed just how tall they are. It's going to be interesting and an adventure. I'm sure there is going to to be quite a bit of trimming and maybe even a body chop in the future. I don't mind being added to the column of guinea pig and tell my tale along with some pictures.
