Thanks, I really like them too. The price was right, and other than them being a little heavier than my next closest option, I love them. The Terra Grapplers are super heavy too, and the cumulative unsprung weight has hurt my performance some. Kind of a bummer.

Cause that nitto is the lightest AT tire available and in that size only about 44lbs

This is my 4th or 5th post in this thread, I guess I have a problem...

Replaced the E rated 265 BFG ATs and 18x9 BBS TRD RWS with OEM wheels (painted graphite), Spidertrax, and some new P255/75R17 Duratracs

Thanks! I'm very happy with the look and ride. I've never had the LT Duratracs so i can't really say for sure. I believe the shoulders are a little more rounded but they look about the same to me otherwise. Tread depth is 16/32nds compared to 18/32nds with LT 265/70R17. It rides MUCH better than with the E rated tires and 18s, noise is about the same or less but potholes are less harsh and expansion joints and cracks are barely noticeable.

I went to the Tire Discounters in Forest Park. It is there performance shop. Its where the owner brings his Ferrari and Lambo.. I did the install in pieces: Shocks and bushings, then springs etc. around 1K off top of my head.

I didn't know they were the lightest, I appreciate the info. It makes me want to look into lightweight forged wheels. But $400ea makes my wallet pucker.

Man I hate it when I can't come up with a good example. I used to sell wheels, and you could find forged wheels like a 17x7.5 Gram Lights 57F that weighed 15lbs.
I can't find weights on them, but I recall Weld making light forged wheels also.

Those are 16.... and other then FN posting on here, I can't find any weight info. I looked at the FN wheels though, but I opted to save money with the Level8's.... Who knows I might swap later on down the road.

Bilstein 5100's and moog fj springs all around, fronts @ 1.75. Cooper at3's 265/70/17 on sport rims. Very happy with everything.

I have some pretty decent 15 x 8's on my Miata (12.9 lbs), but that's a different animal... I wouldn't hit the trails with those! For a 5,000-lb SUV, I think that a 20-lb wheel is pretty good. I just don't think that too many SUV drivers really care about unsprung weight as much as sports car/autoX drivers do so I think it's more difficult to find actual weights.

Hi my husband And I are new to this forum! We absolutely love all the pics of the 4runners! We bought a fourth-generation 2003 4runner last November. I'm In love with it and I'll never own a different vehicle! Here are some pics of it stock before we put a leveling kit and Bilstein shocks in on Saturday!

Lift installed

Just installed ReadyLift 3/2 with 1.25 spacers. Plus Bilstein shocks and we plasti dipped the wheels. Tires are only 265/65/17
