2003 SR5 bone stock suspension with Geolander 265/70/16 on factory wheels in first pic. Added a 2/1 Cornfed lift from Burtman with Bilsten 5100 shocks all the way around. Frnt shock set at zero lift. Switched tires to BF Goodrich AT KO2 in 265/75/16. Rides great.

So I'm a new 4Runner owner, for about 6 months now. It's a 2006 4th Gen, V8. LOVE IT.
When I got it, it was mostly all stock, but looked nice. Just over a week ago, I finally did the first steps that are essential to to building a 4Runner. That is, tires and a lift job. I've also previously done the front grill, mirrors, rims, and badging in black plastic dip.
I went with the Nitto G2 285/75/17 Terra Grapplers. Also a simple Rough Country 3" lift kit. See video for more details. So far I love the look--and functionality of it.

Looks good, a nice led cluster swap and hvac swap would really top it off! I know a guy!!! Terrible pic, but you get the idea!

Front-
Icon 2.5 coilover (non-res) w/ 650lb springs, dirt king upper control arm with heim joints, body mount chop, Wheelers superbump bump stops

Rear-
Metaltech medium long travel springs, Icon 2.5 long travel shocks w/ external resi, 2.5 inch rear bump stop extension, Wheelers superbump bump stops , cali fab upper and lower links

wheels/ tires-
17x8.5 +6 BMF SSD w/ rock rings, 1.25 spacers on all 4 wheels, falken wildpeak M/T 295/70/17

Before and After of my DIY lift. Running 265/70/17 BFG All Terrains on stock wheels. No wheel spacers. This is a 2006 SR5 4x4. No XREAS. The truck is facing slightly upwards on a sloping driveway. Mahalo \m/

Those SE wheels look great in black too. Just curious, did you put on wheel spacers? Either way, what sort of trimming did you have to do?
