Finally Putting them in

Finally putting in all new CV axles, wheel bearings, 5100s all around, 884s in the front and superflexs In the back. will update with new pictures after everythings done!

Finally got around to making a build thread and posting some pictures.
Here is my 4runner V8 with XREAS with 150,000km and a Daystar 2.5/1.5 spacer lift.
Tires are 265/70r17 KO2's on TE Rims

Finally got the 4runner back last night after replacing both CV Axles, Wheel Bearings 5100s all around with OME 884 in the front and Toytec Superflex in the back. Exactly the lift size I was going for and it actually raised it about 2in higher since I replaced the sagging 14 year old springs. Couldn't be any happier with how it turned out. Will be putting in new UCAs next month along with new swaybar links front and back.

(side note you can kinda see my bosses Toyota Pickup with a 4in lift and 33s that he bought new back in 1990 that he refuses to get rid of behind the bottom picture)

So clean dude. How is your XREAS holding up? I'm at 142k on my '08 Urban Runner and I've been contemplating replacing with Bilstien.

It seems to be holding up alright but I am ready to put a proper lift in. With the spacer lift installed on the XREAS the ride quality is not great. It's super stiff and I've got no preload left so any bump it curb I go off of is a rough drop.

Thank you for the reply. The only lift I have is the 3" coil spacer lift by Toytec because it keeps the XREAS engaged and I don't really do a whole lot of crazy off-road. I have been getting worried though that the XREAS will fail soon and I'll be screwed.

Here’s my ‘04 SE 4WD V8. I’ve owned the thing since new and finally had a lift put on it. We were on the fence about whether or not to buy a new 4Runner. After some thought we decided to keep her. (We hate car payments as much as anyone else!) She’s lived outside all her life, never garaged but well loved. We added a Rough Country Series II 3/2 suspension lift and kept the x-reas. We currently have the stock 265/65/17 on it. Can one go to a 275 on stock sport wheels?

Most tire companys approve 7-8.5 width rims for that size tire, so you should be good to go.
