hey Huskey it looks like a bracket drop up front? what is your front set up?

It is, but I couldnt find one for the 4th gens... still uncertain if there is one. So initially i had a tacoma kit, found out it was too wide (1/4 inch) and would not work, so I grabbed an Fj kit, too short by just over an inch for the rear brackets but I stuck with it and made it work. Saying this the coils are huge and there was no room for my sway bar to go back in. Still lookin into this. I'll take some pics when I'm home next (Feb) and put them in my garage if your overly interested. The kit is a 7 inch adjustable kit... long term plan is to max it out (I still have a bunch of room), put the leafs up ontop the axle, get bigger tires, and eventually solid axle the front with more leaf springs. Lots to do before any of that happens though. This is just the first step out of many, but at least I have a plan

Its a Pro Comp, unfortunatly I cant get more pics up till I come home at the end of Jaunary. I dont recommend this for anybody unless the know how to cut, grind, weld, drill, polish, prime and paint... This was a dificult install to say the least full of issues.

Looks sweet!! I'm looking to possibly get the Daystar 2.5 and noticed that you had 265/65 BFG AT/KO's at one point! Are you glad you got those instead of a 275 ??

X3! i was in Tuscaloosa 3 weeks ago and didn't find a ton of wheeling. I definitely didn't find this place!

It was at one of the Hurricane Creek entrances near Brookwood (on the northeast side of Tuscaloosa) on Hwy 216. I don't think you could take a car but isn't difficult or long at all; I took the dogs there yesterday and it seemed like a good place for pics.

There is a really nice flexy/soft trail somewhere around there leading to another entrance but I can't remember where it was and have yet to find it in the 4R. I was young and there is a chance we trespassed the last time I was there.

There's another trail out that way that is awesome and has some sweet tunnels but I heard it got closed off.

There's also some cool trails down in the Talledega National Forest on the south side of town. If you're coming around here I'd recommend finding UAORC (Univ. Al Off Road Club), the collective probably know more public trails around here than anyone.

Finally got some better shots with a real camera instead of my phone. I couldn't be happier with the DS and tires. Actually rides better than before.
