Lift Kit Help

Hey guys, new to this forum and new to having a rig....

I bought this 07 SR5 4Runner from this guy and he had some work done. I wanted to see if you guys can help me with determining the brand, quality and life span of these bad boys.

In addition, can you guys help me figure out why is the driver's adjustable suspension shorter than the passenger?

Those look like the Donahoe Racing (DR) coilovers. I think the company went out of business but they are now produced by Icon Vehicle Dynamics. From what I've read this is pretty good stuff.

Maybe someone else will chime in with better knowledge, but maybe Icon can rebuild them if they need it for you?

If you get a wrench for the Icon coilovers you should be able to correct the lean pretty easily. The driver's side weighs significantly more due to the weight of the battery and fuel tank, so if the driver's side is already adjusted higher than passenger and still sitting lower, the coil springs may be worn out.

The truck is leveled, I was just curious. The rig has 38,500 miles :cheers: don't know if that helps determining the life span of the kit.

It seems to all work very well--I was just curious and wasn't sure if everything was up to par.

Those are donahoe coil over. great shocks. think of them as the 1st gen of icons. They had to "close shop" i think for ownership reasons and rebranded themselves to icons. you can still get them services from icon from what i recall.
