I have a stock 4R. If I installed this kit of any size would there need to be a change done to anything else in the suspension? any adverse affects that happen with rising the height of the vehicle such as added stress on components? Im 2wd and not off road driving.

Nope, nothing at all. This is all made to work with what you have now. In the future, if you wanted to upgrade your shocks to Bilsteins, etc. it will still work. This also, works with or without Toyota's optional XREAS suspension, or the standard suspension.

I installed this same kit on my neighbors 2005 4Runner and he now has 160,000 miles on the that truck and still going strong. I've also been selling these kits since late 2004 and it's a rock solid kit with a lifetime warranty.
