I know you don't want to spend a fortune, but the OME 2" kit is perfect for that thing and you will see a huge improvement over stock off road performance. The kit will include new front and back springs and shocks. I would add the ball joint spacers, diff drop and rear panhard drop bracket for the best of both worlds. Well worth the money spent.

Where do you get this kit best price wise ?

Complete Lift Kits

You can find them online all over. The link above will show you a cheap kit and the complete OME kit. For $733, I would not hesitate to get the complete OME kit. I was able to fit 35" tires (with a few modifications and 4:56 gearing) and wheel all over God's green earth with that.

Your budget option is a ball joint spacer kit that has a differential drop kit and sway bar drop kit included. It is about $75-$85. Then you must ensure that the front shocks can extend the full length of the lower control arms travel. You cannot have the shock be the limiter, the upper control arm droop stops must limit travel, or you risk destroying the lower ball joints quickly from reverse force.

For the rear you can simply buy a longer shackle kit. Everything will be good and flexy. The ball joint spacers, at stock torsion bar spring rate will soften the suspension a bit.

This is the preferred method of small lifts. The OME kit is great, but you are putting in a heavier duty leaf pack, and heavy duty torsion bars and cranking them, which is really no different than cranking the stock ones. It is still a torsion bar crank.

My opinion is to go with the Ball joint spacers, diff drop and sway bar drop kit and some longer rear shackles. Pair that with longer shocks all around and you are going to be happy. Cheap too.

I was looking in that way however if i do ball joint spacers what lift coil spring does one get same as ball joint spacer or less right now truck sits level as can be .

Whoops, I don't know why I said shackles for a 2nd gen, force of habbit. There are several options for 2" coil springs in the rear.

In regards to keeping the truck level, I would install everything, and then wait a few weeks for the rear coils to settle, then adjust Tbars up to match, which will probably be a half inch adjustment.

Where and how bad are the tires rubbing? You may be able to get away with just trimming the inner fenders.

So far have not been able to wheel it but pretty sure will rub on rear of front lower fender pinch weld area when turning .

Maybe, maybe not. My '94 with stock suspension and 33's does not rub at all in front. The backs will rub if completely stuffed, but just on the plastic inner fender liner, so I don't worry about it much.
