Lifted 4runner driveline vibration. CV axles or rear driveshaft?

I've installed two diff drops on other guy's trucks, seems like the easiest way I've found yet is to back the bolt out of the front crossmember mount first. Then a jack (or a strong helper) under the diff and remove the two vertical chassis mount bolts, stick your drop spacers in and thread the bolts loosely, leave enough slop to line up the crossmember mount and thread it loosely, then torque the chassis mounts, then do the crossmember mount last.

yes, this is definitely a much easier way to do it. I was just really wary of removing that one cross member bolt. I didn't know if it would be hard to put back in. Did you have any issues with the diff rubbing the crossmember?

So I bit the bullet and set out to find a panhard drop as well as some adjustment for the 4 links in the rear. All the IFS kits have some sort of modifications of the links, probably due to bad angles and vibration.

Rough Country simply uses a shortened upper control arm x2. (easiest)
Pro Comp and everyone else use relocation brackets for all 4 links. (much more time consuming.

I went ahead and got the pro comp one, just because I had procomp explorer rear springs. You can give summit racing a call for the parts. Remember to ask for them as replacement parts. They are on back order, expected in 3 weeks.

91-1204 - 53.99 Lower bracket
91-1272- 37.99 Upper bracket
91-1268- 34.99 Panhard drop

Rough Country has em stock and can ship right away.
100 for two upper rear links.

I think i have the same exact lift as you. Both my front tires rub on the UCA's. My fix was 15x10 wheels. They stick the tires out far enough to clear. Don't know if ou already fixed it or not
