Not really a holiday but we're shooting for May 21st to do his lift and thought why not have a mini tech meet.

This will probably be done at my bro-in-law's shop in Tenafly, NJ. I'll probably have to meet up with Karl somewhere in Fort Lee and drive over there together.

I'm thinking about meeting at 10am and heading out. If anyone else needs/wants some work done, we could probably squeeze it in if the job's not too big. The shop has a decent size parking lot but only 2 bays and we'll only have access to one unless it isn't busy there.

So who wants to down a few beers and watch/help install a lift?

I have extra grease (and gun). You just need gear lube (I have lube pump). I can order from Amsoil if you want.

I already have mine (8 quarts). If you want me to order 8 quarts for you it will be $63.18. You could get away with 7 qts, it holds about 6 1/2 qts. Let me know and I'll order it right away.

Okay, just ordered the lift kit from www.4Wheelparts.com. They tell me I should have it in 5-7 business days, in time for our little meet.
