Lifting plan....looking for input

I just purchased a 2014 Trail Premium (my 3rd 5th GEN) and plan to install a mild lift. I'm thinking about installing OME 2883 front and 2895E rear springs and utilize new TRD Bilstein struts / shocks that were included on the 2013 FJ Cruiser's with the factory Off-road package. I had a 2013 Fj with the OR package and the TRD Bilstein's rode great! I also ran the 2883 / 2895E combo with factory shocks and struts on one of my previous 5th gens. I'm hoping for close to 2" of lift, improved ride (factory Trail shocks are super firm), reduced brake dive, increased spring rate, and no need for upper control arms. I installed stock size BFG AT's today, so 2" of lift is all I'm looking for. Thoughts / comments / suggestions welcome!

If you already know you'll like it, sounds like you have all the info you need. Should feel very similar to your FJ.

I recently installed 894 springs on bilstein 5100 shocks on the lowest perch.
It rides awesome. I also put on some 285/70/17 duratracs.
Stock height up front was about 35". Now I'm at 38". So I ended up with about 2-1/2" lift from the springs plus another 1/2" from the tires.

I'm guessing you will end up with about 2" front and rear.

I need to look in to those 895e rear springs myself. I got more lift than I was inticipating with the 2" all-pro springs...
