Light Mount Picture threads

So I saw the thread for Rigid Industries replacement grilles, and a couple people posted pictures of where they mounted their lights, whether it's custom or in a steel bumper, but I'd like to see pictures of people's light mounting.

I posted mine in the Rigid grille thread, but will add here as well.
Rigid Duallys in lower grille. Cut slots with a jab saw, drilled small pilot holes in front cross member, and then secured mounting brackets with self-tapping screws. I did not remove the bumper, but used a drill driver attachment to get around it. Fit is good, and lights are secure.

how is the projection from the one on the roof.. any glare or light cutoff.

Threw mine right in the SW bumper and didnt go with their lights as I heard they were notorious for leaking. So far love the output but need to readjust the aiming.

Do they not make ROUND LED lamps? I always cringe a little when I see the installed like that, the whole OCD "make it look like factory" obession of mine...

Not mounted on the bumper, but I have 4 KC Daylighters up upfront with 6 Walmart floods (A pair on the left, right, and rear) all mounted to the roof rack.

No problem with glare at all; the light is far enough back from the windshield that I get no light pollution into the cabin at all. That said, if it is raining really, really hard or foggy or snowing, there can be a lot of reflected light. More-so than the expected reflection from any forward facing light in those conditions.

But overall, in normal conditions, I have found it to be a very useful light. It is also pretty much out of harm's way up there.

It not the PIAA lights that you can get with the bumper that leak, its the turn signal lights that fill with condensation.

Oh right that was it. And since my turn signals were incorporated into my headlights I didn't worry about it, and didnt want to shell out big bucks for lights so I got these from the group buy. Thanks for cleaning the confusion up BW!

Thanks OlJedi. She's a stable build right now as I'm focusing my energy on rebuilding a low mileage 2002 Tacoma. When I redirect back to the 4Runner, I'll be adding lockers front and rear.
