Light Racing Caster Setting

So I installed my icon lift and light racing UCAs. LT at MetalTech is saying to set the caster at +0 (setting G) however I thought I read that most people use setting D. So now I'm confused. What is everyone running on there UCAs with a lift?

Oh and it's already been aligned (setting D). And everything seems to be ok.

Quite frankly, every vehicle is different and I think you should use the setting that proves most beneficial on the alignment rack, lol. This is something that should be adjusted while having your alignment done, and not after the fact. Since it's aligned already, just leave it alone. Check to make sure they torqued all the bolts on properly after adjusting, but leave it alone

If you aren't getting any tire rubbing then I'd say leave it as is. If you get rubbing at the back of the wheel wells then you may need to have the caster set farther forward.
