OK, here are the pics from my truck. Yes, it's dirty and my paint is crappy.
One thing about that rack you should know...it rusts...it leaks rusty water...so, you've been warned. It's a lot cheaper than most, and works great as a rack (although it's design doesn't lend itself easily to bolt-on additions for other racks...I've had to modify mine a bit), but the inside of the rack is untreated and rusts, and then the rusty water comes out somewhere. I ended up taping off where the rack comes together (where MY rusty water was coming out mainly) with black duct tape.
I just drilled through the rack and mounted the lights. Since my lights are also cheap, their hardware is already rusting as well (mounted the lights a few months ago). I will probably take all the hardware off and apart at the end of the summer (or when I get around to it), clean everything and treat everything to help with rust.
I debated going through the tube of the rack for the wiring, but decided against it, in case I ever needed to get to it, it would be easier (and there are already enough holes in the rack!).
I'm no electrician or "installer" (as you can tell by my great wiring!), but it works...the front 4 lights I put on one switch, the back 2 on one switch and the third switch is for my headrest monitors, so I can turn them off when my sons aren't in the backseat watching them.
1 of 2, as they won't let me upload more than 8 pics....
