Limited Aproach Angle

Hi everyone. I have searched and browsed and searched some more but I cannot seem to find an answer to this question.

Toyota's website lists the 2015 SR5, Trail and Limited as all having the same approach and departure angles. To my eye it looks like on the SR5 and Trail the front bumper is above centerline of the wheel while on the Limited it is below centerline of the wheel. Does anyone have actual measurements of either the approach angles of both or a measurement of how much farther the front bumper hangs down on the Limited?

Edit: I'm look at all 4x4 models.

Limited has less approach or departure angle due to the bumper covers. I don't have the measurements but it used to be that the SR5 and Limited had same and trail was the best. on 14/15 models, the Trail and SR5 (and TRD Pro) are the same. If you plan to put aftermarket bumpers on, It won't matter which you get. You have the same thing under all that plastic.

Limited approach angle is 33 degrees, departure is 26.

If approach and departure angles are important don't get the limited, I've parked next to both SR5 and trail 14/15 and their unmodified versus my lift isn't all that different. That stuff hangs low on the limited.

The lower front plastic trim piece, just below the painted bit, isn't all that strong. Mine ripped a bit and lost a plastic support when plowing through 35 cms of crunchy snow. The snow was no problem of course.
A few have even removed the piece altogether. You can see the piece I'm talking about in this picture...

Thanks for the input guys. Has anyone looked into doing the Trail conversion Harper7 and others have done but on the 14/15 models? I believe these models have some sort of sonar parking sensor in the front bumpers so would this even be possible?

I haven't seen anyone on this site that has done it yet, it's probably cheaper and more practical to go aftermarket. There are a couple photos of LE's with aftermarket and some really nice builds. there are a few pics of an SR5 or Trail with the bumper cover off on the front, you could probably pull yours to check it out visually. If I remember correctly the only real challenge Harper had was with the rear bumper not matching up, but it's just guessing on my part.

I've got the Trail rocker panels to go on my LE when my shrockworks sliders come in (next spring, haha) that is a very simple change over.

I like where you are going though, you could be the pioneer on this!
