Limited Backup Camera not working after battery replace

This Christmas my wife got me an Odyssey extreme duty PC35-1400 for my 2014 Limited with JBL. Now keep in mind I also have modified my system to have 4 cameras for full surround sight along with a reverse spoof switch to be able to see cameras while not in reverse.
Well after changing the battery and doing the intake work, I didn't have the camera option available. I was thinking it was an anti-theft issue, but there is nothing in the navigation manual about that. So I tried all kinds of resetting to default, etc.

I made an appoinernt for Monday morning at the dealer to see if they could figure it out, but I got it working when I got to my mom and dads for Christmas dinner.

As a final thing to try I decided to hold the power button for the radio down to see if it would ask for a code. This started a system reboot and viola! The camera option was available on the display settings and the cameras are working again.

Just wanted to pass this one on since my searches for this answer were coming up empty.

Thank you for this insight. I tried many of the suggestions on this web site and none of them solved my problem. After I read this I tried holding the power button to recycle the radio as I did before. No change. As an afterthought, I shifted into reverse and then held the power button. IT WORKED. Thank you. I now have a reverse camera again.

My 4Runner camera was sporadic until I cut the tape to the camera harness and zip tied the connector. Fixed it.
