For some reason the floor mats that came with my T4R look grey. I'm wondering if the dealership gave me the wrong floor mats. I think the mats i have belong to a T4R with the graphite interior. Does any one else with a limited Magnetic grey metallic have the same issue? The carpet is black and the seats are black. I figured the floor mats should be black also.

Mine are black (match the carpet), however, others on here have grey ones with your same color package. I believe SE Toyota was one of the places that they were doing this. Personally I would be annoyed and demand the matching floor mats. Some people are not bothered because they quickly take them out and replace them with rubber floor mats/liners, which you can order in any color.

I, too, received gray mats for my Blizzard Pearl. Looks ridiculous in my SR5 that has tan leather seats with the black carpets.
I complained pretty loudly to my dealership, they offered to give me black mats out of another car and while this is a fair compromise on their part (especially since they aren't the ones who put them in there), black mats from an Avalon or a Highlander weren't going to cut it.
If you are in the South and, like me, would like to complain to SE Toyota, here's the number:

I have to say I love the SUV but the Toyota final delivery of the SUV has been horrible. I'm very disappointed.
1. The cargo cover that was purchased with the SUV was not in the SUV when I picked it up. They ordered one for me and it's been 1.5 months and I'm still waiting. I've been calling the sales guy every week. The cover is supposedly on back order.
2. One of the rear seat headrest is deformed. the foam inside is all messed up and it has sunken in spots.
3. Now the floor mat issue.
Maybe I'm being nit picky but for a $42,000 truck I expected better service.
This is my first Toyota and I'm hoping I didn't make a mistake.

Mine came with one (even though I really did not want it), I know others have been waiting a long time and they really have been on backorder, at least that has been the given line.

This is my family's first Japanese car and so my parents, who went to the dealership with me, were not impressed by the whole gray mats thing, especially since it's on the window of the car as a $299 charge. I think in all of their years of car buying, they've never seen floor mats be an "extra".
I love the 4Runner so far but I cringe at the fact that I gave all that money to SE Toyota who doesn't seem to care about their customers (even in this economic climate!). Granted mine was more like $35,000 to your $42,000 but it's the principal of the matter. You definitely aren't being nit picky in my opinion.
So I just got back from the Toyota dealership. No luck on the floor mats. They told me the part number on my mats are correct.

Please take a picture so we can see what exactly It looks like.
I would say that the carpet mats that came with mine didn't look out of place and seem to match the carpet pretty well. They have the 4runner logo on them and they were port installed.

I can't say I'm terribly mad, more so disappointed than anything. I could have used the $299 I paid for these mats that don't match to buy Weather Techs or Husky Liners.
At this point I've decided to wear the gray ones out and then add something more durable.

Oh, I'm well aware I overpaid for them. Welcome to SE Toyota. I've already decided that in the future, if I buy another Toyota, I will take a trip Tennessee.
