Just test drove 2012 limited ed last week. My $ 0.02:

PROs:
1. Better brakes than 4th gen.
2. Better seat track (no movement or wobble).
3. Awesome N-Tune head unit.
4. More airbags
5. 20 in wheels
6. Rear seats recline.

CONs:
1. Slow accelleration due to more weight
2. Lots of hard plastic interior.
3. Blind spots due to thick pilars.
4. Flat and hard leather seats.
5. Sheet metal is to thin (hood flexes with wind).
6. Mast antenna is 80's.
7. Fuel door needs to open from inside. Even Corolla has push button fuel door release.

Just test drove 2012 limited ed last week. My $ 0.02:

PROs:
1. Better brakes than 4th gen.
2. Better seat track (no movement or wobble).
3. Awesome N-Tune head unit. I found the Entune head unit a bit small and am glad I bought a Limited with the normal JBL head unit.
4. More airbags
5. 20 in wheels
6. Rear seats recline.

CONs:
1. Slow accelleration due to more weight. I don't know about this. If I floor it, it gets up and goes quite nicely.
2. Lots of hard plastic interior. Are you looking for more leather trim? If that's the case, perhaps the LX570 is the way to go.
3. Blind spots due to thick pilars. Hmm. I personally haven't noticed any blind spots, but I have my sideview mirrors adjusted the way they're supposed to be. I've found that most people don't, so they basically have three rearview mirrors.
4. Flat and hard leather seats. Agreed
5. Sheet metal is to thin (hood flexes with wind). I haven't noticed this. I'll have to pay attention the next time I drive on the highway.
6. Mast antenna is 80's. Agreed.
7. Fuel door needs to open from inside. Even Corolla has push button fuel door release. I disagree. What does a button release do? It takes less than 2 seconds to pry open a fuel door with a screwdriver or knife. If someone wants to open it, they will. The current fuel door makes life easy for the owner.

My comments are in blue above.

2. Better seat track (no movement or wobble).
3. Awesome N-Tune head unit.
4. More airbags. Agreed and I got a lower insurance quote too.
5. 20 in wheelsI like my 20's but most people change them out, I won't
6. Rear seats recline. My wife loves this

CONs:
1. Slow accelleration due to more weightI'm the same as Jaker, floor it and she get's up and goes
2. Lots of hard plastic interior.coming from a GMC it's less than that.
3. Blind spots due to thick pilars.I don't notice this
4. Flat and hard leather seats.Flat yes, but mine are starting to soften up a bit
5. Sheet metal is to thin (hood flexes with wind).Agreed, when I close my door the sheet metal flexes.
6. Mast antenna is 80's.$14 from O'Rilley auto parts and I bought a new one
7. Fuel door needs to open from inside. Even Corolla has push button fuel door release.

haven't noticed any hood flex at all... I've heard about it on the SR5 more than the LE.

Doesn't feel the pillars are too thick, compare to trucks in the same size, I think it's reasonably thin.

Acceleration is slow, that I agree, even when I floor it.......
