Here's my Fuelly.com log, only change I made that impacted my mpg is the BFG AT's in the E load range. Most of my driving is about 60% hwy.

9.1K on the truck, and averaging 16-17 city/21 highway. I primarily drive about 60% city/40% highway.
Just under 12K and driving about 40/60 city/hwy, I am getting about 20 mpg combined and about 22 on the hwy in a stock SR5. Highway speed is about 65-70.
Adding to what 1engineer stated above, in my mind, mpg threads don't provide much information other than FYI. If someone was seriously concerned about the effect a mod has on mpg, its probably better that the mod is skipped from a cost standpoint alone. Not many mods will have the effect of increasing gas mileage (other than an adjustment in driving habits) and, if they do, one should ask how many tanks of gas will they need to buy before seeing the cost of the mod recovered in fuel savings. Most of us will probably end up modding our vehicles the way we want regardless of the effect on fuel mileage. At best, if there is a mod that someone might *slightly* be considering (due to aesthetic reasons, etc), the effect on mpg may sway the decision when considered with the cost. But if someone is seriously, considering a mod, I don't think mpg will weigh on the decision much at all.

A snorkel can help with the MPG's. Generally between 1-2 MPG. Helped on my Tacoma so I am waiting on Safari Snorkel to release one if they ever do...
Also, regearing will help those that went to larger tires and do alot of stop and go traffic. An Ultra guage or scanguage helped out with my Tacoma giving me real time MPG.

I am at 35 mpg. 15 city + 20 mpg highway. C'mon folks. Gas is still cheap here.

At 4000 miles, with no mods other than a front leveling kit, I am averaging about 23 miles per gallon in mixed driving. My commute is 70/30 highway/city with a fair amount of congestion. I have experimented with mpg at different speeds, and have found that on level highway I get the best mileage--28-30 mpg--at 60 mph, with about a 10% drop if I speed up to 65 mph. On surface streets, I have noticed big differences on timing lights, and how quickly I accelerate. I drive 60-70 miles per day, and the slower speeds mean I take an extra 2-3 minutes each way. It is a huge improvement over my '98 Discovery that got 12 mpg with a V8 that was only rated at 190 hp.

I drive about 40/60 highway/city, with the highway mileage being hilly here in sounthern WV. My average mileage per tank is about 18.2-18.5mpg. The last fill up was about 20.4mpg and was mainly country back roads with some highway. I use the cheapest gas I can find.
Coming from a F-250 Diesel getting 11.5-12 mpg, I am extremely happy with my 18-20 on the 4Runner.

17,700 miles on the odometer, over all average (calculated after every fill up) is 18.9 mpg. My driving is probably 80% city and 20% highway. My best mileage was 21.7, my worst was 15.2.
purchased 2011 at Christmas. Yes My wife is very fond of me! I have seen 21 on the highway on non ethonal gas (regular) and in my town, I cant get into 4th gear b/4 I get to a stop light so it drops to 14.4 on ethonal(10%) regular fuel. I pulled a pop up camper about 3500 lbs and got 15+ on the highway.Zi/

We got our 2011 SR5 4x4 2 weeks ago and with ~ 300 miles on it we took it from Breckenridge, CO to Jackson, WY. I installed a Thule Ascent 1600 on factory crossbars before we left. We had 2 adults, 1 dog and a toddler and we averaged 22.5 mpg for the entire ~1100 mile trip. Not sure what I would've gotten if I had no cargo box. I'm impressed considering the trip is mostly mountain driving at high altitude. I seem to be averaging the same around town. since the return. The vehicle was getting 24 - 26 on the trip until we hit the 80mph section of I80 which dropped the average.
We also tooled around with 2 more adults and one baby while there (love the 3rd row).
Good results in my opinion.
