For what it's worth, I have these 265/70/17 BFG KO2 C rated on my 2016 SR5. They are awesome on the trail, no balancing problems, quiet on the freeway, and look great. And they're stock size, so no worries about rubbing or other weird transmission and reliability problems.
These tires are so good I'm tempted to buy a second set now and throw them in the garage for 50k miles from now when I need another set.
On street, I recommend running them at about 40 PSI, and go down from there if you plan on driving over crazy rocks or sand. I've taken them through all sorts of mud, streams snow and rocks in Colorado and CA, and have never been stuck yet.
