I'm so ready to see it, with there was some better lighting around here so I can work on it at night.
On a side note, it's always my luck to have multiple search and rescue missions when my truck is down.

Don't you need to replace the shock as well? The reason I ask, is a friend of mine who lifted his T4R to get 33s tires, blew out his stock sized Bilstiens because the down travel was longer than the max shock length. Maybe it was only in the rear shocks. After getting them replaced, with longer shocks, he also put limiting straps to prevent it happening again.

Yes that is my next thing. I doubt my shocks are going to work. I need to check the length/travel of a stock LC shock to see if it would be suitable.

Oh yeah, I need gears pretty bad as well. Now to save up money for that and tires. Sucks when you are a college student. I think I'm into the whole project just under $300 including shocks, alignment, etc. Not too bad.

Oh, do not do it. Learn from [MENTION=24995]SV_Dude[/MENTION] and don't start start throwing cash at performance goodies for your 2.4l ... love the 22RE for the what it is and save your money for gears and lockers and tires.
Listen to KidV! LCE has some cool parts and they will make your engine pretty. They do have some cool parts that will add a decent amount of power but it's not worth the cost. I had about 3k into my engine and still had less than 150hp. It was probably faster than most other 22re's out there but it was still a n/a 22re. These little engines are known for reliability, not power. Once you start dumping money into engine mods you'll never stop. Even that $400 header will add less than 10hp to your stock engine. You will BARELY notice that when you step on the gas pedal.
Save your money and do an engine swap if you want more power. You can put a 3.4 in your 4runner and have almost twice the power of the 22re for under 3k.

I'm not looking for more power at all. I'm just sick of my crappy exhaust manifold. It has been cracked for some time and it getting much worse lately. I am totally fine with the lack of power my runner has. Pretty much looking for something quality that will last. I already bought it anyways. haha

I guess it because of the tube bumper but the rear axle looks pushed forward? Maybe 33's will help with that.

Probably just my bumper, the links wouldn't let the axle move forward at all. I can't wait to get tires for this thing though, it would look much better.

Sure they will - with leaf springs, the axle moves pretty much straight up and down with a lift. With links, it moves on an arc - as you lift it and the axle moves away from the chassis, it's also going to move forward in relation to the chassis. With a mild lift it won't be apparent, but the farther you get along that arc, the more pronounced the effect will be.
I don't think that's what's going on with yours, it looks like your links are near horizontal. But it is possible.
