Looking for a Bay Area 4wd shop

Not interested in Toyota prices, and don't trust any of the other mechanics in my town. I'll go anywhere from Sacramento to Monterey, but prefer the greater SF Bay Area.

Looking for a shop that knows T4Rs and offroading. Reputable. REASONABLE prices.

First order of business will be a Bilstein install. Please...nothing about doing it myself. I've stretched my limits plenty to learn to work on my car myself, but I simply do not have the time for any projects these days, and I want to ensure it's done right, without experimentation.

I think you might have to replace the rear airbags and convert it to springs, im not 100% sure tho. im not sure who is a specialist, but a few of us might be willing to help. but if you need it to be done quick and right, might want to try 4 wheel parts, but they are a premium. there prices are hi.

not 100% sure, but some folks have swapped out the rear air bags and put springs.

I have a co-worker whom has been to The Chop Shop in Dixon. They specialize in Jeeps but I have read great reviews on all makes of vehicles. 400 Gateway Dr Suite A, Dixon, CA 95620. I plan on doing the same thing as you, taking it somewhere when I have the money to have somebody professional do the work.
