Looking for a Good Shop Bellingham WA

Does anybody in the Pacific Northwest know of a good 4Runner (3rd gen) shop where a dude can get some suspension work done and not break the bank?
I know a shop in Bellingham that would probably do good work, but they are so expensive, prohibitively so.
Any recommendations would be very appreciated.

Going to need rear shocks for sure, to start. Then we’ll talk about front struts, LBJ’s, etc, depending on $.
